When you raise an issue, you will be clued in on every step of the resolution with update notifications. And when the issue is resolved, you let us know how we fared. Whether we satisfied you, or there’s scope for improvement. This is will help us to better our services and keep you happy 🙂
Here’s how it works:
Step 1: Whenever you have a problem, on the menu bar, just click on “?”, type in your issue and hit the Submit Issue button.
Step 2: We will review your issue. When it is registered you will first see a notification.
Step 3: Clicking on the notification will take you the issue.
Step 4: As and when we make progress the issue will be updated.
Step 5: And finally when the issue is resolved, you receive an SMS and a notification
Step 5: You then rate our performance as good if you are satisfied and bad, if you’re not.
At any point in time you can check open and closed issues as well as issues that you rated as good or bad.
PLEASE NOTE: You will only see issues raised on 18th Feb, 2014 and later.
Since we are starting on 18th Feb, 2014, you’ll only see issues that you’ll create after that date, and not the previous issues, even if they are still open.
