This feature is available only to Singapore/Philippines customers.
To add a consultant doctor/therapist to your practice, your account needs to be an Owner or Administrator account. When you add a consultant to your practice, the consultant will have access to:
- Calendar with only their appointments visible
- EMR of their own patients
They will not have access to:
- Reports
- Billing
- EMR of other patients.
- Cost of the procedures.
To add a consultant:
Click on the Settings icon and click on the settings option.
Here, click on Practice Staff from the left navigation panel. You’ll be on the Manage Staff tab.
Fill in the consultant’s details, and select Yes for Activate Login. You’ll see a list of account types. Select Consultant here. Click on Save Doctor to add the consultant to your practice.
