How do I enable Caller ID on my iPhone?

Note: This feature is only available on devices running iOS 10 or higher.

Follow the steps below to setup Caller ID on your iPhone:

1. Go to “Settings” on your iPhone and select “Phone”

2. Click on ‘Call Blocking & Identification’

3. Switch on the button for Practo Pro app (as shown in the image below) and the Caller ID feature will be activated on your iPhone.
