What is this feature?
We’ve just updated our Billing system to let you directly add bills from your calendar.
How do I add bills now?
You can continue adding Bills from the Billing, under Records. With this update, you can also add Bills from your Calendar. Here’s how:
1.Hover over the Patient’s appointment on the Calendar Screen, and click on Add Bill.
2. Select the procedures to be billed. If you already have planned procedures for that patient, they’ll show up at the top of the procedures list.
- Select the mode of payment, and the amount to be paid, and click on Save. The Bill gets added to your ledger.
What if I do not choose a procedure?
If you do not choose a procedure, the payment gets added as an Advance payment. Once an advance is accepted, future payments will get adjusted from the available advance, before accepting new payments.
