Pediatric Patient Profiles allow you to record medical and personal information specific to pediatric patients.
How do I Add Parent’s names and phone numbers to the child’s profile?
You can add these details from the Add New Patient screen, or the Edit Profile screen. Once you’re there, you can add these details as seen below.
How do I add Birth History?
On the right side of the page, you’ll see the Birth History head, under which you can add all the relevant patient information.
Where do I see this Birth History?
A summary of the birth history will always visible in the patient bar. Click on it to expand.
