Change Phone Number/Email ID in My Account

  1. Log into accounts.practo.com with your registered user id/phone number.0
  2. Click on the Edit Account button.1
  3. Click on the Change option next to the Email Id/Mobile Number field.2
  4. You’ll be directed to the page where you can update your email ID/mobile number. Hit the Change Email/Change Mobile Number button.3
  5. You’ll get following notification on your screen.4
  6. Log into your email account. Open the verification email and click on the highlighted button to verify your new email address. If you have updated your mobile number, verify it by entering the OTP.5
