How do I send offers to a customer segment?

How do I send offers to a select audience, for example only female customers?

Practo Ray CRM offers you 5 pre-selected segments, known as ‘Groups’. These are:

  1. All customers
  2. All female customers
  3. All male customers
  4. Female customers under 30
  5. Female customers over 30

To send a campaign to your custom audience,

Go to Communications > SMS Center. Here, on the left, there is the Groups Tab, which lets you send your SMS to a select group of people. You can choose from the groups you want here.
