Practo may deactivate Practo Instant for a practice if it finds that appointments are not honoured as scheduled. Practice owners will be informed when Practo Instant is deactivated for their practice.

An excerpt from our policy is mentioned below:

  1. First case of appointment not honoured due to doctor’s non-availability: A warning is issued to the practice owner by email and phone call
  2. Second case of appointment not honoured due to doctor’s non-availability: Practo Instant is deactivated for the practice for a period of one month, and practice owner is notified by email and phone call

Practo takes feedback from patients very seriously. In cases where the doctor’s unavailability is known beforehand, doctors & practices must take steps to cancel such appointments as soon as possible.
