Rescheduling video consultations
Doctors can reschedule video consultations to a later time. Reschedule is allowed up to 15 minutes before the consultation scheduled time and is only allowed once per consultation.
We understand that given a doctor’s busy schedule, there may be times when they’re unable to attend to a patient in the committed time. For those instances, we have introduced the option to reschedule video consultations to reduce cancellations or no-shows.
