1. Go to the Calendar section in your Ray account and select the name of the unavailable doctor from the left side pane. The doctor’s calendar is displayed. Choose the date and click on the time slot for which the doctor will be unavailable.1
  2.  Select Event on the page which appears on your screen. Check if you have selected the correct date and time. If you want to change the duration of the time slot, Click Change.
  3. 2 Choose the desired time period from the drop-down list.3


  4. Enter Event Title as “not available” and click Save.4
  5. The unavailability of the doctor is highlighted on his calendar for the selected date and time.5
