Practo.com
Practo.com is a web/app based platform designed/developed and owned by Practo, for our partners to offer their consultation time as appointments and for patients to book these appointments online. Availing services offered by Practo.com is subject to fulfilment of Terms of Service of Practo.com.

Online Appointment Booking is a facility offered by Practo.com to patients for booking appointments online with our partners.

Objectives of Online Appointment Booking Facility
The two-fold objective of Practo.com is to ensure:
- Excellent experience for our patients by minimizing their waiting time
- Excellent experience for our partners by maximizing their utilization of time
Mandatory Terms of Service for Partners
- Every doctor should honour all appointments booked via Practo.com.
- It is mandatory that the patient meets the same doctor with whom the appointment has been confirmed.
- The doctor should communicate about any expected delay/cancellation at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled time of appointment.
Non-compliance to the above will lead to poor patient experience and may attract penalties from Practo including, but not limited to, withdrawal of the ‘Book’ Privilege button and might have an adverse effect on the relevance score of the establishment on www.practo.com. Practo reserves the right to withdraw the ‘Book’ privilege button.
Mandatory Terms of Service for Patients
- ‘Instant – Book Appointment’ button on Practo.com is a privilege given to the Patient, Practo reserves the right to withdraw this in case of repeated instances of “Patient No Show”.

For complying with the terms of service on Practo.com the partners will be offered following privileges:

- Patients can seamlessly book appointments 24×7 on www.practo.com or Practo App.
- Improve relevance score on Practo.com.
Practo provides the services on “as is” and “as available” basis. Practo does not represent, warrant or guarantee that your access to or use of Practo.com: (a) will be uninterrupted or error free; or (b)will result in any requests for appointments. Notwithstanding anything contained herein, Practo disclaims all liability for any act or omission of you, any Patient or other third party.
