What does Resync do?
When you Resync appointments on Ray, appointments from all your channels like practo.com, from your Practo Tab, and on Ray, gets synchronised again on the calendar you see. Think of it as a Refresh option for your appointments page.
How do I Resync my appointments?
You can resync your appointments from the Calendar page on Ray. Just click on the More button at the bottom left corner.
Once you click on that, just click on Resync.
All your appointments wil get resynced to your Practo Ray calendar.
