How do I add an Appointment?
You can add an appointment by clicking on the relevant slot in your calendar. It will now open as a pop-up window within Calendar screen, so the screen doesn’t change.
You can also add the patient’s default email and phone number right from the appointment booking screen.
What’s new with the Calendar?
- New Hover-card features: You can know more about the patient, like their Blood group, when you hover over the appointment. You can also add Bills from here.
- You can also cancel an appointment, by clicking on the edit (Pencil) button in the hover card.
- Quick Day View: Click on the Today button to view only today’s schedule.
What has changed with the Patient Queue?
You can now view the patient queue based on the patient status – Checked-in, Waiting and Checked-out. Just click on the respective status to see just the patients in that category. And it’s all color-coded for quick reference.
You can change the patient status, by clicking on the relevant button from their name in the patient queue.
What has new with the Doctor/Resource List?
We’ve made it easier to view your Doctors and Resources. You can filter them based on your needs, and view and search from that list. You just need to click on the radio button next to their names to filter your calendar.
