To send customised SMS to your staff, click on the Communications tab on the menu bar.
You will be directed to a new page with three tabs located on top. You can choose to send information to members of your staff by clicking on the SMS Center tab and then clicking on the ‘Staff’ tab . This will show you contact details of all the staff that are currently employed at your clinic. 
You can choose the specific staff members that you want to send an SMS to by checking the boxes next to their names.
