How do I get a Practo Tab?
Place your Order online from My Accounts in Practo Ray.
You will then receive an email with the quotation.
After you pay for it, if your order is approved and you get an e-receipt, which can be used as your invoice for the order.
As soon as we dispatch the Tab, we will send you an email.
When you receive the Tab at your delivery address, the order is considered delivered. Your subscription begins from the day you accept the delivery.
When will I receive the Practo Tab?
The tablet will be delivered within 10-14 business days after clearance of payment, subject to availability of stock.
How do I track the delivery status?
If we’re shipping it to you, we’ll send the airway bill number to track the shipment online.
If a Practo representative is delivering it to you, you can just call him to find out the status.
What happens if stocks are not available ?
If shipment is not dispatched within 3 business days, the stocks may not be available. Based on market availability, we will provide an estimated time until we restock. If you find the waiting period unacceptable, we’ll cancel the sale and process the refund as per our Cancellation Policy.
When can I cancel my order?
You can cancel the order anytime before the Tab is delivered. If you refuse the delivery, that is considered as a cancelled order as well.
What happens if my shipment is lost in transit?
If you haven’t received the Tab within 14 business days, we will raise a Complaint. If we are unable to locate it within 7 days after the complaint date, it will be marked as Lost in Transit. After that, a replacement order will be generated and you will receive the replacement Tab within the regular delivery time.
What happens if I receive the shipment in a damaged condition?
All shipments are insured against damage. You must refuse to take delivery if the shipment
package is received in an open condition. Once the delivery is refused, you must intimate Practo customer support, so that an alternate order can be generated and shipped in its place.
What do I do if I see that the tablet is cracked or damaged when I open the package?
Please open the package in front of the delivery representative. If you find the product to be damaged, refuse the delivery.
Where can I find the invoice for the Tab?
You get one invoice for the Tablet, and one Invoice for the subscription which you’ll find in the box. You can also view the subscription invoice online under My Account.
Why did I receive 2 invoices for the same Tab?
One invoice is for the tablet and the other invoice is for the subscription to the software.
