Does Practo Tab have a warranty period?

Practo Tab refers to two items – the tablet hardware the subscription. For the tablet hardware, warranty period is defined in the terms of warranty provided by the tablet brand’s manufacturer.

What are the things covered in the warranty?

Please refer to the Warranty Statement provided by the manufacturer.

What happens after the warranty period?

During the warranty period, certain services are free of charge. After the warranty period, the same services are charged.

Can I extend the warranty on my Tab?

This is subject to the manufacturer’s policies.

Is there a policy on Replacement of the tab?

An alternate tab will be sent to the customer on the following conditions

1) If original tablet is lost in transit by the courier.

2) If customer refuses to take shipment from the courier due to open package.
