What if there is a Hardware issue with my Tablet?
The customer should get in touch with the authorized service center of the tablet brand. Before taking the tablet to the authorized service centre, the customer can get in touch with Practo Customer Support and they will help in getting the software uninstalled. Once the tablet is repaired and given back, the customer should get in touch with Practo Customer Care to re-install the software.
