You can track both offer-wise and campaign-wise redemptions.
Tracking offer redemption
You can track offer-wise redemptions and generate a report from the Reports menu. Go to Reports and choose ‘Income’. Now navigate to the bottom right corner and choose the offer for which you want a report.
Tracking campaign performance
You can track campaign-wise redemptions by going to Communications and clicking on ‘Campaign’. You will now see a dashboard of all all your past campaigns and the campaign performance (i.e. exactly how many customers redeemed offers).
