- Go to Records section in your Ray account.
- Click on the Files tab under the EMR section in the left pane.
- Click Medical Leave Certificate under Generated Files section and click on the Add button in the top-right corner.
- The screen displaying the list of your patients will appear. Select a patient from this list.
- Select Medical Certificate and click on the Done button.
- A new page will open. Select purpose and duration of the leave and click on the Save Medical Leave Certificate button in the top-right corner.
- You can now see the PDF version of the medical certificate. Take a printout or email it to your patient.
