- Switch on your Practo Tab and click on the hamburger (triple bar) icon on the top-left corner of the screen.
- Select Feedback from the navigation menu.
- The following screen showing Feedback Summary appears. You can have a quick glance at total recommendations, clinic experience, waiting time, ambience, etc. in this section. If you wish to see detailed feedback by each patient, go to the drop-down icon next to Feedback Summary and choose All Feedback.
